    Electricity, water and 10% VAT are included in the rates.<\/p>\n

    Towels are changed every 3 days. A full cleaning service, including fresh towels and bed linen, is provided every 7 days.<\/p>\n

    Additional cleaning services, private chef services and catering can be arranged upon request. Please contact us and we will be happy to help tailor the services to your needs.<\/p>\n

    Heating and air conditioning consumption is not included in the rates and is charged at \u20ac2\/kWh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Tourist tax is not included and ranges from \u20ac1.10 to \u20ac2.20 per person per day<\/strong>. It applies only to guests aged 16 and over.<\/p>\n
