Electricity, water and 10% VAT are included in the rates.
Towels are changed every 3 days. A full cleaning service, including fresh towels and bed linen, is provided every 7 days.
Additional cleaning services, private chef services and catering can be arranged upon request. Please contact us and we will be happy to help tailor the services to your needs.
Heating and air conditioning consumption is not included in the rates and is charged at €2/kWh.
Tourist tax is not included and ranges from €1.10 to €2.20 per person per day. It applies only to guests aged 16 and over.
Our commitment to the environment has led us to invest in solar panels to support hot water production, use LED and energy-efficient lighting, source 100% renewable electricity, avoid the use of phytosanitary products, and make responsible use of water resources.
